After School Sports Club ( Years 2-6 ) - spring term 2023

Dear Parents/Carers,
After School Sports Club will start again after the Christmas break from Monday 9th January, 2023. If you would like your child to attend, please complete the reply slip below. There is a charge of £5 for each of the clubs. All pupils entitled to Free School Meals will be funded by the school, so their places will be free. Please note that if your chid is absent through sickness, appointments or any other reason we are not able to refund the money.
Clubs will start Monday 9th January, 2023 and finish on Friday 31st March 2023. Please be aware that your child may not be able to attend all of the activities they choose. Clubs will run from 3pm – 3:55pm, all children will need to be collected at 4pm.
If your child has been allocated a place they will receive a reply slip with confirmation. It is not always possible to allocate all pupils with a place. Children attending after school club must bring their PE kits in on this day. This is for health and safety reasons. If children continually do not do this they will lose their place.
After your child’s place has been confirmed there will be another letter sent to you with about making a payment for your child via Parentpay or Pay point. If your child would like to continue to attend, or would like to start to attend the clubs, please complete the reply slip below. Please note it is very important that you return the reply slip no later than Friday 9th December 2022.
